Palmetto is Perfect
Just returned from a week at Palmetto. This condo was perfect for my family of 5 and I really can't think of one negative thing to say about it. It is in the perfect location, fantastic view, updated appliances, fully stocked kitchen, and the most comfortable bed I have slept on at any condo in St John. In addition to above, we enjoyed the beach chairs, coolers, grill, great air condition unit, washer/dryer, and better tv service than normal at Grande Bay. Another very nice thing is the owner. Even though he has a management company, I spoke to him a few times and he is really a great guy. We will rent this unit again for sure.

Outstanding!
This place is FABULOUS! I have been to St. John 3 times. Each time has been great but this time, staying at Palmetto Grande Bay was over the top. You are a 5 minute walk from the ferry dock at Cruz Bay to the condo. When you get off the ferry in Cruz Bay, someone will meet you and walk with you to the condo. They will help with directions or on the various amenities available while staying. The place is pristine, well stocked, very comfortable and WHAT A VIEW. Once your are settled in, you take a 5 minute stroll and you are at your first shop, beach bar, restaurant and some of the most friendly people you can find in all of the Caribbean.
